John 11 demonstrates that Johannine structuring is complex. Rhetorical literary devices can and do occur at multiple levels. Some verbal and thematic parallels are observed that cover the entire structure and some parallels are also found within and between terms. I have tried to show this with different color fonts in the outline above.
